A partir de 15 de abril será regulamentada a lei da nacionalidade portuguesa (Decreto-Lei 26/2022)
Esse decreto vem notificar algumas alterações com relação a naturalização de descendentes de judeus sefarditas
No decreto diz que: será obrigatória a comprovação de ligação a Portugal e também demonstrar tradição de fazer parte a uma comunidade sefartida de origem portuguesa, seja designadamente através de apelidos, idioma familiar, descendência direta ou colateral.
Alguns documentos para que seja comprovada a ligação com o país:
– Herança de um imóvel no país ou
_ Comprovação de visitas a Portugal ao longo da vida.
Além disso, irá precisar que continuem com os comprovantes através de documentos de descendência de judeus.
