Portugal ganha “óscar” de melhor destino turístico do mundo pela 3.ª vez
Portugal foi distinguido como melhor destino turístico do mundo pelo terceiro ano consecutivo pelos World Travel Awards, numa cerimônia que se realizou recentemente em Mascate, Omã.
Esta distinção foi atribuída pela primeira vez a Portugal em 2017, renovada em 2018 e, novamente, em 2019, sendo que já em junho, o País tinha sido reeleito o melhor Destino Turístico da Europa também pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, na ocasião numa cerimônia que decorreu na Madeira.
Além de Portugal, estavam nomeados para este prêmio o Brasil, Colômbia, Costa Rica, Dubai, Grécia, Índia, Indonésia, Jamaica, Quénia, Malásia, Maldivas, Maurícias, Marrocos, Nova Zelândia, Ruanda, áfrica do Sul, Espanha, Sri Lanka, Estados Unidos e o Vietname.
O Turismo de Portugal foi também distinguido, pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, como o “Melhor Organismo Oficial de Turismo do Mundo” nos World Travel Awards, anunciou a entidade.
